Spending cap
NOTP_MAX_SPEND limits what a session can spend on numbers, whatever the agent decides.
Agents never pay
When the balance is low, the agent hands you a top-up link instead.
Limited keys
A read,buy key can buy and read numbers, never manage keys, webhooks or your account.

Service codes come from search_services, so the agent never buys the wrong service.
Refunds built in
Nothing arrived? cancel_number returns the full price to your balance.
